Are you pet-friendly?

  • We do not accept pets during high and mid-season, but 'paws and relax' as we do welcome your furry friends on camp and caravan sites only, during low season (June to October, excluding school holidays & public holidays). Conditions apply, please refer to our Pets page here.

Are camp fires allowed?

  • Open fires are prohibited in the park.
  • There is a cosy wood fireplace located in the Campers Kitchen, for all guests to enjoy in the cooler months.
  • There are electric and gas BBQ’s in the park located by the pool, amenity block, camp kitchen and by gated entrance at far end of park.

What is your Day Visitor Policy?

  • Registered guests are permitted to have visitors during their stay. All visitors must be registered at reception when entering the park and further must park their vehicle in the public Middleton Beach car park. Please note, guests and their dependants are not permitted to use the parks’ facilities, due to liability and insurance reasons.
  • Please note it is the responsibility of all parents/guardians to supervise children at all times during your time at the park. 
  • ​We apologise for our strict policy but have implemented this to protect our local business and paying guests right and entitlements to park facilities.

What time is check-in?

  • Check-in time is from 2:00 pm
  • Please note, we always will try our best to accommodate early check-ins but sometimes it is simply not possible. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Please let us know if you may be arriving after office hours, so we can arrange a late check-in for you.

What time is check-out?

  • Check out time is by 10:00 am
  • Late check-out by arrangement only and must be prior to departure day. Please note, we always will try our best to arrange late check-outs but sometimes it is simply not possible. Thank you for your understanding.
  • If leaving early, please arrange with reception where to leave your keys.

How often is accommodation serviced?

For guests staying in our accommodation, we provide a full service every 5 nights. Please note, this service is not available on weekends or public holidays. Please enquire at Reception for more information. 

Do you have free WiFi?

We offer free WiFi for guests holidaying here, but it can be limited at times.

  • Complimentary WiFi is available for guests staying at BIG4 Middleton Beach Holiday Park.
  • Due to our remote location, it can be limited at times as the signal is dependent on the local service provider and weather conditions.
  • It is usually suitable for checking social media and emails.
  • It is not suitable for streaming movies.

Is additional parking available?

  • While our sites accommodation options have space for one vehicle, we understand that some guests may need to bring an additional car or a boat. Please contact reception in advance of your stay so we can discuss your options and assist with parking arrangements.

Do you have an electric vehicle charging facility on site?

  • We currently do not have an electric vehicle charging facility. EV charging is available - fees apply of $30 per occasion. The closest paid charging station is located at 255 Stirling Terrace, Albany WA 6330.
