Features
- A medium size site for vans or motorhomes from 5 metres to 7 metres
- A limited number of sites can accommodate larger vehicles up to 11 metres long
- Either a concrete pad or shade cloth base
- Surrounded by lawn
- While our sites have space for one vehicle, we understand that some guests may need to bring an additional car or a boat. Please contact reception in advance of your stay so we can discuss your options and assist with parking arrangements.
For tents on Powered Sites
- These sites are surrounded by well maintained grass, therefore, tents can only be set up on cloth or slab sites, not the grass
- Ground sheets are to be used on the concrete pad or shade cloth to keep the grass green on every side
- If you book a site with a concrete base, bring longer guide ropes and extra ground padding for your comfort.
Families who are camping are welcome to use the family bathroom, or if you'd prefer to have your own bathroom, take a look at our popular Ensuite Sites.
Pet friendly in low season
At BIG4 Middleton Beach Holiday Park, we're trialling pet-friendly stays during the low season (June to end of October, excluding school holidays and public holidays) on camping and caravan sites.
Please note - all dogs must be approved prior to arrival, and bookings with pets must be made directly with our team. Please read our guidelines here carefully to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, both two and four-legged.

Are you pet-friendly?
- We do not accept pets during high and mid-season, but 'paws and relax' as we do welcome your furry friends on camp and caravan sites only, during low season (June to October, excluding school holidays & public holidays). Conditions apply, please refer to our Pets page here.
Are camp fires allowed?
- Open fires are prohibited in the park.
- There is a cosy wood fireplace located in the Campers Kitchen, for all guests to enjoy in the cooler months.
- There are electric and gas BBQ’s in the park located by the pool, amenity block, camp kitchen and by gated entrance at far end of park.
What is your Day Visitor Policy?
- Registered guests are permitted to have visitors during their stay. All visitors must be registered at reception when entering the park and further must park their vehicle in the public Middleton Beach car park. Please note, guests and their dependants are not permitted to use the parks’ facilities, due to liability and insurance reasons.
- Please note it is the responsibility of all parents/guardians to supervise children at all times during your time at the park.
- We apologise for our strict policy but have implemented this to protect our local business and paying guests right and entitlements to park facilities.
